Daily Health Checks of Our Team
No contact temperature checks and a quick set of questions will ensure our team is ready, willing and able to provide safe dental care - every day.
No Handshakes or Hugs
We truly do love our patients. However, we will save our hearty welcomes and goodbyes for a later date when things are "back to normal".
Check In From Your Car
Now, you can check in for your appointment from your car. As a result, you are able to minimize contact with others, bypass the reception area, and go directly to your treatment room.
Pre-Screening of Every Patient
A quick health questionnaire and consent form along with a no-touch temperature check will be completed when you arrive at our office.
Sanitization Stations
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the office for your convenience.
Social Distancing in Place
Fewer chairs in the reception area and 6 feet (or more) of distance between work and treatment rooms.
Cleaning After Every Appointment
We thoroughly wipe, sanitize, and disinfect all instruments, equipment, and surfaces in each operatory after every patient.
Routine Sanitization of High Touch Surfaces
All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, chairs and counters are sanitized every hour. The patient restroom is sanitized hourly as well. Payment terminals are covered in plastic barriers that are removed and replaced after each use.
N95 & Level 3 Masks
The beautiful smiles of our clinical team - Dr. Stein, the hygienists, and assistants - will be protected behind CDC-approved level masks during your visit.
Front Desk Masks
Our administrative staff are wearing face masks but, they are still smiling at you!
Face Shields
In addition to face masks and eye wear, you may notice that clinical staff are wearing face shields as another layer of protection.
Protective Gowns & Headwear
When appropriate, our clinical team will also be dressed in protective gowns and headwear. This adds an extra level of protection to minimize the spread of absorption of airborne particles.
No Magazines or Prize Box
In an effort to keep our patients safe, we have removed all magazines from the reception area and treatment rooms. The prize box has been removed as well.
In a routine inspection by the County of Ventura Environmental Health Division in August 2020, our office was found to be in full compliance with the Ventura County COVID-19 reopening requirements.
